Email+Settings settings menu broken in WP8.1 running Nokia Cyan

Hi,

The settings option for "Email+Accounts" does not open anymore. It just refreshes back to the settings page. Happening since yesterday even after soft resets.

I had downgraded from WP8.1 DP to WP8.0 using the Nokia recovery tool software and then updated to the Nokia update for WP8.1 version.
(Current OS version 8.10.12397.895)

Anyone else with the same pain?
