Email System Error - Can't get mail

I updated my HTC One M8 to 10586, and initially I had no problems syncing my email accounts, including gmail. After performing a factory reset on the phone as per suggestions on Windows Central regarding a few bugs, the accounts will no longer sync through Outlook mail. I've tried fiddling with the sync settings, and have also deleted and re-added the accounts several times with no luck.

Any suggestions/solutions would be appreciated.
