Emails for Replies to Comments Not Working

Sorry if a similar thread about this was posted already. In the WPCentral app on my 1520 with 8.1 (up to date), I have the switch option set to yes (for lack of a better word) for getting emails for replies to comments. However, I haven't been getting emails for replies to comments for the past several comments I've made - I'm not exactly sure how long ago this started. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to try to fix another problem I've been having with it. After reinstalling, turning the email setting on, making a comment, and getting a reply to it, I still didn't get an email about it. Is there any way to fix this?

Last days I'm also not getting emails. I think for the past 2-3 weeks at least. Done it all, uninstalling, etc.

Hey guys, this was disabled by the server team consciously for performance reasons. I've been in touch with them and hopefully it will be coming back soon
