Emojis aren't working

When I receive texts with emojis from another WP it just shows a diamond with a question mark. Anyone had this problem?

Does this happen with all texts you receive from all Windows Phone users, or only from one Windows Phone user?

Do the emojis look ok when you receive texts from iPhone/Android users?

So this turned out to be my wp8 so I'm going to just post this in that forum. Thanks though
