Enable advertising ID

I am using Microsoft Lumia 550, Can you please help me to enable advertising ID which is under Settings -> Privacy -> advertising ID

Button is disabled and I am not able to enable the button.

have you tried a soft reset?
Also, is store app updated?
Is your OS also updated to the latest official version or are you using insider builds?
