Hi to all. I have a Lumia 930 with Windows Mobile 10, in Spanish, in which version is not available the voice activation (Hey Cortana) function. There Is any way to activate it?

I have read something about change the region language to English US, install the function from the store, and then change to my language again, and it should work. Does any one knows if it's true? I'm afraid with the possibility of cause some error if I do this. Anyone has tried it and can tell the experience?

Thank you for your help.

Update: I tried to change to English (US) language and region, then Hey Cortana function worked, but not when changed back to Spanish language and region.

Any other ideas? I don't understant why Microsoft don't develop the function to other languages in mobile devices, as does with the PC function.
