Encountered with an uknown manifest layout in Store app

Hi there, I'm a greenhorn here. I just faced an issue with the app on Lumia 640 LTE Windows 10 (Version 1709, OS Build: 10.0.15252.0); in a nutshell, I cannot even open Store, it says "Something bad happened. Unknown layout specified in manifest". Would anyone tip me what to do?

Can I try it out through plugging in the phone to PC and running Lumia Repair Tool? Guess I would only have my phone downgraded to Windows 8.1. Or should keep waiting for another default pack of apps within new insider build?

Things are more simpler than they seems to be. I just switched to USA region and Store booted smoothly.
