It's common to have a login password and no encryption. The answer to OP's question is Yes. The Pro 4 will either have device encryption or Bitlocker. (doesn't make too much of a difference) And if using a black-box solution like Bitlocker bothers you, it's a Windows PC so you can use whatever you want. Upvote 0 Downvote
