Hi, my boss just got a Lumia 620 and it's great!
The first day it worked well and it was charged until 100% battery.
After some hours of use it gone down and did not power on, so we just put in on charge and wait.
Now it power on, we see the nokia logo, we see the big charging icon on full screen (os still not booted), it power off, nokia logo again and go on in this endless loop.
is it normal? we used a tester on the battery and it gives 4v so seems like its working. What can i try?
