Enquiry about battery

On second charging For me after using my mobile to 0% battery my mobile takes 3hours and 45 mins of charging.
Third day charging using till 10% mobile takes 2hours and 5minsof charging>??
Is it normal??


Is there any app for to know about my battery is full(100%)??

It takes new devices certain charge cycles to work normally. It might get to proper cycle after a few cycles.
