Wen is nokia gonna bring equaliser in wp8 ?

It already has an equalizer. Granted you need headphones plugged in, to be able to manage it.
On a side note, the last audio setting update totally screwed my preset equalizer setting and now I can't get it back to the way it was. It just doesn't sound right with headphones anymore. smh

Lumia 520 does not have an equaliser.

Settings->audio. Quite easy to find. And quite easy to find it yourself, using a SEARCH ENGINE

The audio setting is total fail, it show the equaliser screen fir mili second and then it goes to previous setting of flip to silent

Yes. Because 520 doesn't support EQ
