Error #106 stale challenge

I keep having an error message pop up in my notification error that says error #106 stale challenge. Anyone experienced this?

I think its an error #104 I get that is similar (unknown challenge.) I think all that crap has to do with network packets (being sent and received all the time afterall.) I'm just guessing but they are in the process of drastically changing their network from the inside (lots of things going on with transitioning from wimax to lte), or possibility number two, the network complains about things a little too loudly (again, maybe over dropped packets or something of the sort.)

I really think its only a minor inconvenience with the little notification popping up and all, but I believe both our phones and our services are otherwise operating exactly as they should. In short, I just ignore it.

I kept getting "err #129: administratively prohibited" for about the first month after this was activated, turned out to be nothing relevant.

I am getting these error messages everyday...It is quite annoying having your phone vibrate with a notification is not desired...
