Can you be more specific as what are you trying to download, how many times you tried, did you had it before and so on...

I encountered the same error. I downloaded Where's My Perry when my 1020 was on an earlier build of Windows 10. Then I moved to Windows Phone 8.1, and when I tried to download that same game, I received that error. The only fix was, I moved back to Windows 10 later and was able to then use that game and that error didn't resurface.
