Error Code d0000034

I've installed build 10134 and mostly it went easily and well. However, I am unable to install Microsoft Health or NPR One. Both seem to be stuck in the Store download area with the message "Attention required. Tap here" When I do I get the error code d0000034.

Any suggestions as to what is wrong or what should be done?

Update. I'm able to download and install both on my 930, just not on my 635.
