Error Message 80004004

Anytime I try to install an app or game, this error message pops up.
"80004004"

Any clue on how to fix it? Thanks.

Try a hard reset that may resolve the issue.

Its not my SD card, its the phone. Apps were working perfectly before I updated to this beta of a firmware.

ive had this same error with the device hub. ive had my 1520 since December and this problem began occurring sometime at the beginning of this year. if windows could figure out what this issue is and address it that would be woooonderful lol. tried a hard reset, haven't wiped my phone yet and tried that but its looking likely at this point if nothing turns up.

i have lumia 630; when i search lumia camera in my app list its not shown but when i search Lumia Camera in windows Store then its showing install so how to fix this problem without Hard Reset..pl. suggest me..
