error when sending emails

[Windows Central Question]

my nokia lumia 630 windows phone always sent emails until yesterday when I added my emails to my laptop, now when I try to send emails from my phone it comes up sorry, it looks like there was a error. please try again.
But every time I try it says the same thing.

I will suggest you to change your psw and reconfigure your account .
