I have a Lumia 1520, I installed the preview for developers app after unlocking my phone. I proceeded to update the phone to Windows Phone 8.1 preview.
Once the update had completed, I developer unlocked the phone once again (got the success msg from the wp dev registration utility) and then reinstalled the preview for developers app. Now when I can enroll in it I get the following message after entering my live id
"to download the preview you must be registered as a windows phone developer"
This is a phone that the registration utility tells me is already dev unlocked. I don't know what to do...
