Easy way to place short cuts on your desk top also!
All of the applications installed on your PC?including the universal apps that come with Windows 10 or are downloaded from Windows Store?are accessible from a hidden shell view called Applications. And once you open this view in File Explorer, you can create shortcuts for any of them.
PS I have 174! How many do you have? I can put any of these on my desktop for quick access. I think that's pretty cool! This is my tip for the month. I have been registered here on the forum for 6 days now. Hope I'm helping a little!:wink:

So open the Run dialog (WINKEY + R), type shell:AppsFolder and then click OK to view this folder.

Mine is 104 apps , i intentionally removed the apps that were pre-installed .

Wow great find Gary, this is one I will use. It also gives me something toi shoe my customers who are "icon crazy" and lose (delete or move) their icons all the time!

Hi! 104 is pretty lean. I'm sure I have some that I could remove and don't need. I may do that one of these days! A windows reset would get rid of a lot of them and then I could start over adding the ones I use!:grin:
