[h=3]What is refresh rate?[/h]A monitor's refresh rate, measured in hertz (Hz), represents the number of times per second that the display is capable of refreshing and displaying a new frame. For example, a 144Hz monitor will be capable of displaying up to 144 individual frames per second.
