Evolve: Hunters Quest?

I cant access the Evolve Hunters Quest game in the app store. It says it is unavailable. I'm using a L925 and in the US. Help will be appreciated

Yes I'm using wifi but it still says not available in store

it works for 512mb, so maybe try to install it from PC?
