Well all anyone needs is the preview app and be enrolled for the developers. Also have at least a GB worth or internal storage

Its the .155 update of GDR3, comprising minor bug fixes. There is no official change-log for it. All those who enrolled for the dev preview should be prompted to download this when they check for updates. (L1520 users being the exception IIRC)

Note: This is NOT wp8.1 update.
