Exchange active sync error code 80072F89

Hello everyone,

I get error code 80072F89 with my company e-mail after they updated the certificate, lumia 920, WP 8.1 preview.
Last certificate was e-mailed to me, so I installed it to phone.
Now the IT guy says they updated the certificate and phone is supposed to get it from server.
I deleted e-mail account from phone and did set up e-mail again.
The problem is that phone is using still the old installed certificate and not getting new one from server.
I was told only way to fix it is hard reset my phone.

Can anyone tell me that it's not the only way? :shocked:
Does anyone know how to remove the old certificate from the phone without resetting?
