Exchanges at Amazon

Is it possible to exchange phones purchased through Amazon? I love my phone, but I was just wondering if it was too much of a pita.

Mine came with a return label for just that purpose. I bought through Amazon.

I did a phone exchange through them once. It was easy, but sort of a strange process. I called their number on their page, and the guy told me there's not technically an exchange process for their phones (as they use your upgrade, etc), so what he did was have me buy the phone full retail while I was on the phone with him, and before the payment was processed he changed it in the system. I don't know if it's any different now as this was 1 or 2 years ago.
