Thanks for all the Windows info Zac.

I hope the AI mania is here to stay and really deliver useful functionality.

Imagine asking Windows with natural language like "set my desktop background to a gorgeous picture of the Eiffel tower and change every 2 hrs with other great landmark pictures" or even more complex tasks like "create a folder on my desktop containing all pictures taken last week in San Francisco, and also send an email to Joe with this as an attachment".

That'll be really useful stuff :)

As long as all of this stuff can be turned off/disabled. The last thing I want is my PC remembering everything I did, every file I opened and every email I have received.

Not to mention that businesses are not going to want the OS watching everything all 10,000 employees are doing all the time. What could possibly go wrong there?

Windows is already creepy enough with the "We will do this" and "We noticed that you usually...".

This all sounds very Orwellian. Big Brother indeed.
