Expansys USA selling unlocked AT&T Lumia 920

I just called them and the rep told me that AT&T told them the phones would be unlocked.
I am going to give it a try since there's a 15 day return policy.

If anyone has conflicting information, please post.

Expansys is a reliable vendor. Could they have misunderstood AT&T when they said."..the phones would be unlocked" Could that mean would be unlocked in 6 months?

Let us know what happens.
