External battery for L920

Hey guys, I am thinking of buying a Nokia DC-16 extrenal battery and I would like to know if anyone of you already have it. Will it fully recharge the phone and in what time? Thanks.

They all seem to work about the same. I got one from Amazon. Intocircuit Power Castle 11200mAh Portable. Works great and it fits in my pocket.

Yeah, I have one, Cyan not that it matters, lol.

And no it never fully charged my phone, but I got to say, its a saver, always gets me from 0 up to 60% although its 2200ma (200 more than the l920). I don't know where I loose those aprx. 600ma go as my phone doesn't really use 40% during the 1.5 hour charging. weird.

good, but if you can get something that will fully charge your phone, better.

You need to factor in heat loss and that the charger isn't 100% efficient. The figures sound about right

You gotta know that the external battery is losing 35-40% of the power compare to what it claims to have. L920 is about 2200mAh and so I suggest you to get one with over 5000mAh. I got a RavPower 8400mAh and 14000mAh and they work pretty good for me. The 8400mAh is super handy while 14000mAh gives me more juice as it can charge more than 4 times for L920. You may have a look it on Amazon.
