Extras+info settings don't open.

Pretty much what the title suggests. I have a 1520 and am enrolled in the developers preview program, what am I to do?

Possibly good news...

Did you recently change your location, language, or other settings? Try changing them back and see if extras+info will open...

It didn't work out. Any other suggestions? Also what could the possibly good news be?

It worked after a couple of tries. Strangely enough, it showed Lumia Denim! Although reverting my settings makes extras work, I'm not giving up Cortana for it. Thanks for your help

Glad to hear it's working!

The possible good news was that if that worked, or a soft reset, you wouldn't have to do a hard reset :grincry:

So, was it a soft reset that fixed it or changing your location, language? Just curious for future reference.

No, I did change the location and language a couple of times, then it worked.
