Is there an easy way to get Facebook birthdays into the WP7 calendar? Or do i have to somehow sync those events to Windows Live or GMail calendar first?

As far as I know, there isn't an automated solution at the moment.

Even if you make a new WinLive acct and export the FB calendar onto it, it will still appear as a second calendar, and only the first one gets synced.

If someone has a solution to this that doesn't involve writing every calendar entry (birthdays in particular are a pain), please post. It's one of the top updates I'm waiting for.

I'm not able to do this because I do not have Outlook, but I've read there are ways to merge events (birthdays, holidays, etc from subscriptions cals) into your main using Outlook. It'll then resync back to WLive. You can also set your main calender to, say, your birthday calendar, and have that as the one that syncs to the phone. You can do this in settings on mail.live.com.

I'm interested in other alternatives and have been looking since I got my phone. If anyone knows any other methods, please share! Also, necrobump.

I know on Facebook there is an application called FBCal, which syncs to other calendars all of your facebook events. I can't find anything about merging hotmail calendars though. Seems like that feature is missing at least for now.
