Facebook live tile not working???

Sorry, I don't understand. What exactly is not working? My cover photo is also shown. If I get a notification, then it will show the latest one plus notification count. Is that what you are referring to?

If you go into your settings on facebook, you will have an option to turn on banner notices and a live tile that shows news feed. However, I turned that on and I'm not getting either....
