go to settings > update > reset this PC - there should be 3 options. check this article for more info: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12415/windows-10-recovery-options

I have reset it but now have no touch screen, do I need to install some drivers?

I'm guessing so but that's a weird issue - no touch screen; I've not heard of that happening before

What I mean is the screen is there but cant use the touch to do any thing, so until I can sort it out I'm using a mouse in the usb port.

I've been on dells web site but don't know which driver I need, if that will fix the problem.
