Failing to get Build 14965

Has anyone got a problem receiving the build 14965 for mobile,it's been days now since its out but my phone can't pick up an update and its getting on my nerves

Sorry my friend! I'm just having a little fun tonight. All my friends have their phones glued to their head. It's really hard to talk to them while they are on their phone.
