Favorites Photos Do not work

Have a 950XL, it looks like the only pictures we are able to "Favorite" are the ones taken by the 950XL...the ones from one drive or saved from my previous phone do not have the heart option to make it a Favorite......

Am I missing something??? This is ridiculous!

I had the same issue. The only way I found to do it is to download the picture to the phone from OneDrive, then the heart will appear. You can't favorite if it's not saved on the phone (but it doen't have to be taken my the phone.) Haven't tested the SD card yet, but I assume that would be "on the phone."
