Field Test- Manually change channel signal (ARFCN)?

Hi. please help me. How I can manually detect channel signal(ARFCN) in windows phone Field Test?

usually every BTS have several signal channel and mobile automaticly detect strongest signal in a place. But sometimes a weak signal have better Internet speed. I use Field Test with manually detect channel on my nokia 5800(Symbian platform) and get best speed Internet on EDGE network. but in Field Test windows phone I have not any option for manually detect channel.
