FIFA 14 on windows phone

How come its not on the store anymore? And when I find it online it says I can't download it? I'm in Canada, and it used to be available? And I even tried changing region to united states and it still didn't work?

I don't see it in the store any more either, although I have it installed from before. I only found FIFA 15 UT out there, but it has tons of bad reviews for crashing and being laggy. Maybe 14 has been replaced by 15.
