Ink shortcuts mean that you use a pen on devices like Microsoft Surface to write a letter or number from a keyboard shortcut over the item in order to perform the command related to that keyboard shortcut. You can use ink shortcuts over files and folders, or over the cards.

It is by far the most efficient way to interact with a device as you do both selecting of an item and executing of the command with one gesture.
