Hi, I upgraded my Lumia 640 running on 8.1 to 10.0.10166.0 and everything worked fine until I deleted the WP system folder from SD card (which was eating up 2 Gigs of memory) and reset my phone. Now the new File Explorer app, the search app in the start screen and cortana are not working at all. The live tiles for these apps are displaying a darkened blur images with characters like "@Microsoft_Windows.Cortana_1.4.8.128" written over them.
Is there any way I can download these OEM apps ? I've already tried resetting my phone but it doesn't seem to work. I would appreciate any response from the expert Win 10 mobile users over here, thanks.
