Try enabling airplane mode and then disabling it to reset your phone connection (this was the one that worked for me),
Try clearing your phone cache: Settings > Storage Sense > Phone > Temporary Files > delete temporary files (then wait for around five minutes), and Settings > Swipe > Internet Explorer > delete history. You may also want to restart your phone afterwards.
If these do not resolve the issue, then it may be a problem with the connection or the server, so "Try again in a bit."
