Files run error in 640xl, what can I do?

files run error in 640xl

I have a limited a 640xl. when i try to run video or audio from watsapp, i am getting a message as this file can not be run. please advice me what may be cause. i have reset the phonecto factory settings.

Are you saving files to a msd card or internal storage?

Have you tried playing the files on a PC and what happens?

If you are saving to a msd card and it doesn't work on a PC then most likely your msd card is failing.
