I really wanted to like this phone. I really did.
In the beginning, I actually liked using this phone. I liked figuring out the ins and outs of Windows Phone. And I put up with the lack of apps and the little annoying things here and there.

But these little annoying things just keep building and building, and finally I've had enough.
What put me over the top is the email client doesn't recognize the <reply-to> field in emails. As in, if abc@email.com sends you an email with reply-to set to def@email.com, and you reply to this email, your reply should go to def@email.com. But Windows Phone doesn't recognize the reply-to field and sends replies back to abc@email.com. I've lost a whole bunch of emails this way before noticing what was up. Come on Microsoft, get your sh!t together. You've been building email clients for the last 20 years.

And this is on top of all the other annoyances:
- random crashes and restarts
- not being able to have sound profiles
- not being able to go back and look at previous notifications
- notifications staying for a long time, blocking all subsequent notifications
- displaying only the unread email since last opening the email client, instead of all unread email. I'm okay with this, but give us an option to pick one or the other maybe?
- led flash stopped working
- no way of choosing which background application to close
- random battery draining with no apps open
- music sometimes starts playing from speakers when I unplug headphones
- repeat/shuffle settings do not save in music player when phone is restarted
.. etc

Out of patience.

/end rant

Not that it matters at this point, but you can swipe the toast notifications to the right to clear them...

Some of those are valid complaints though, or hardware issues themselves. Why haven't you had it sent in for warranty service? The flash issue would be reason enough.

I had a overheating issue with mine and ATT was very prompt about replacing it.

Man, I almost understand you.
Before my Lumia 620, I had an Ipod Touch 4th and an Nokia X1-00. The cell phone was too basic: He have FM Radio, Flashlight and that's all. And well, I think you know what Ipod Touch 4th can do..
So, one day, tired of my phone with no internet and no apps, I went to a store and I was very temptated by the Iphone 5 and Iphone 4S. But, as I live in Brazil, the price here is something incredible, so I decided to stay with a carismatic Nokia Lumia 620.
As you, in the beggining I was very excited about the way that the phone and the OS works, and I throwed away that thing about the apps and all.
But hey, it was 2 months ago that I bought my 620 and if the problem of the low quantity of apps wasn't enough, I have the 512 MB RAM Windows Phone problem! Serious, in my iPod Touch I was able to play Aslphalt 7, and the device have only 256MB of RAM! ****, and now Tune In also requires 1 GB of RAM! This is ridiculous! Temple Run runned smoothly on my iPod, and with my Lumia I can't even install it?

Sorry, you, Windows Phone lovers, owners of 920, you can say that I'm not supporting WP8, but I bought my device because I really believed that WP8 was a great alternative, but I'm beggining to regret my decision.

Dude, you bought a low end crappy phone. What did you expect?

You are making comparisons to a $400 iPod to a unlocked & ubsubsidised phone of what, $300?

If you wanted a good Windows phone, you had THREE - FOUR good choices!

1: 920
2: 820
3: HTC 8X
4: ATIV S

I don't feel sorry for you at all, especially after two months. You could have easily researched your ****.

E-Bay it, Craigslist it, whatever and move on.
