Finally received wireless charger

Well after 3 weeks of waiting I finally got my free wireless charging plate, opened up the box and... its missing the power adapter. So now I have to contact AT&T and probably wait another 3 weeks before I get a new one. Anyone else get the charger with missing parts or am I just the unlucky one?
