Windows Central Question

I have several programs with very similar UIs, and none displays the name of the program in the title bar. Often these are open simultaneously, so I can lose track of which one is in the active window.
Does anyone know if there is a small app that will display the name of the program that is running in the active window (either on the title bar or in a small window on the screen?
I've seen lots of discussions of code snippets, but I am not a programmer and am fairly new to windows.
I'm using Win 10 home.

There are several tiny small apps available for this like...

1. DeskPins
2. TurboTop
3. StayOnTop
etc...

I think these are designed to keep an application on top. That is not my problem. I'm looking for an app that will tell me the name of the program that happens to be the one on top, where there is no information in the app's title bar.
