Firmware 15236.45005 for L930

Maybe this is old news, but I just installed the Windows Device Recovery Tool. Been Insider for a while know and running build 10586.
When I open the recovery tool it tells me that new software are available on the server: The firmware 15236 and OS 9615. As far as I have read the 9615 is part of the Demin update. So if the install this firmware update I guess I'll revert to WP8.1? Is it worth it?

The reason I looked at the recovery tool in the first place is that I was wondering why I didn't get build 14295.

but wasn't there a post on WC or something that mentioned that firmware updates are also going to be brought in in the insider configurations? Am I mistaken to wait for this? Does the newer firmware bring anything new or was it something that was required just for people to get on to the W10M? I would consider the pains of resetting if the newer firmware brought about a) better battery life, b) better image quality, and c) important features that won't arrive unless I have the updated firmware.

Right now I am on production branch with .164, on firmware 02540.00019.15053.26007 on a 930 CV France.

I also noticed the new firmware update. I reinstalled WP8.1 and am now unable to go back to Windows 10 Mobile. Any ideas?
