First impressions of the Xbox One party chat overlay

Anyone tried the new party chat overlay yet? Was just reading this from @Jez Corden - wondering what your first impressions are...

To be honest I still miss the Xbox 360 party chat, and nothing they do makes it better than that.

Great feature when you are in a large party with unfamiliar voices. It'll definitely come in handy for Destiny 2's new raid matchmaking.
