Fitness Apps w/Heart Rate Monitor Capability?

Hi! I'm looking for an app to help plan and track fitness training that can work with a Bluetooth Heart Rate Monitor. Is there anything available for that?

Sports Tracker has a bluetooth HR monitor that you can buy, it will supposedly work with WP8 as soon as they update their app for WP8 (according to their website). I wouldn't buy one until they updtae the app though.
