Flashing a phone

if my lumia phone is flashed can i update it with microsoft official releases

A flashed Lumia generally behaves just like a Lumia that came from the factory with the same ROM so generally yes.

However there may be some mismatches with cellular radio bands, but that's not relevant to your question.

Anyways, you should be able to receive updates like any other model that matches the ROM you flashed.
