flashing global rom

Hi everyone! I have lumia 520 unlocked. I got it from vodafone italy, now i use it in albania. So i was thinking if i flash a global or generic rom, it will lock my phone? Can i use it with different SIMs? Thank you!

I really don't think you can, I think you can still only flash it with Roms from the country of Origin.

I just want to debrand it. I dont like to use vodafone brand. For example if i flash unbranded rom. So my origin phone is from italy? I can flash only italian rom? Sorry for my english, hope u understan what i mean.thnx
