Does the Samsung ATIV S Neo I817 have FM radio feature? I got this phone on ebay, I can only find ATT radio, and it says need subscription. Where can I find FM radio?

That's not right. What app are you using and what version of windows phone?

I installed windows phone 8.1 developer preview. But that should not be the problem. There should be a built-in app for fm radio.

There is. It's called FM Radio

I looked everywhere. I can't find it. it is under all apps list or setting? can you post a pic of it ?

I downloaded a fm radio app from store. it says 'your phone does not support fm radio'. what is happening? I thought this phone does have fm radio according to spec on different sites. is it turned off by att ?

I have the Ativ S Neo from Sprint and mine doesn't have it either. I think that some sites that list phone specs falsely listed the Neo as having the hardware for FM Radio because I don't think any of the Neo's came with it. It would have been nice to have though.

It does have an FM radio. It's not enabled. We would need a firmware update from Samsung to have it enabled.

I think it is disabled by ATT. There is an ATT radio on home screen, but it only available to ATT subscribers.
