Focus v1.3 or v1.4 confused!!!

Hi guys, I know the title will make you think here is another guy asking the same question answered over and over everywhere. But that's not the reason I am posting. I have AT&T unlocked Samsung Focus updated till 7392. Till today I never got the mango update notification. I had checked the label under the battery to confirm that mine is v1.3. And the label clearly states its v1.3. But out of curiosity I tried finding version information from the Read HW version in diagnosis and it says I have v1.4!!! What does this mean? The IMEI number in the label and *#06# is the same.

What diagnosis number did you use to determine he revision number?

I used the following step to find the revision number

In Diagnosis (##634# in Dialer), enter *#32489#
press Back button on the screen 4 times (lower right)
until you see:
1. debug screen
2. version information
3.....
here, type 2 (version information)
after, select 2 (HW VERSION)
after, select 1 (READ HW VERSION)

and it says HW VERSION : REV1.4

Just did this on my phone. Confirms mine is 1.3. Is it possible tour sticker is wrong? Refurbished phone?

Must be refurb or replacement or something. Bought it from ebay india. So not sure at all. Whats confusing is the same IMEI number on both sticker and software.
