folders not working on 1020

Hi Friends,

Following the 8.1 update the folder functionality on my 1020 isn't working? Can someone please help and advise if they're having the same issues.

Just to clarify, are you running WP 8.1 official or 8.1 GDR1 developer preview? Because live folders are only available in the latter as of yet.
