For some reason, i can`t open exe files on windows 10. Is there a reason for this? And a solution.

I have the same problem. I can only run some of them, the process gets stuck and does not even start (mouse icon changes to loading and continues like this without starting). Have you found any solution? I tried several things, but nothing fixes it...
